Du skal bruge (6 stk):
♥ 2 modne bananer ♥ 25g rosiner ♥ 50g blandede nødder (jeg brugte mandler og hasselnødder), hakket ♥ 2 spsk kokosmel ♥ 25g glutenfri havregryn ♥ 1/2 scoop proteinpulver (jeg bruger sojaprotein) ♥ 2 tsk kanel ♥ 1 tsk vanillepulver

Mos bananerne og bland med resten af ingredientserne.
Bag ved 175 grader i 20 min.
