Yeah, so I might be on a protein craze at the moment, but when exercising protein powder is – in my opinion – a great way to get protein straight after a workout session. These balls are a bit sticky but tastes great- almost like brownie cookie dough
♥ 30g chocolate protein powder ♥ 20g fiberrich coconut flour ♥ 16g unsweetened cocoa powder ♥ up to 80g soy milk (about 5 tbsp) ♥ a few drops of sweetener (mixed with the milk)
Mix all dry ingredients then add sweetened milk, only until it all sticks together.
Shape into balls and put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. After that I rolled them in cocoa powder and shredded coconut – yum!
