This is definitely a superfood jam. Packet with antioxidants and omega acids. It contains absolutely no sugar or sweeteners and also no starch, even though it’s still thick thanks to the chia seeds that absorbs all the excess liquid.
♥ 1 packet fresh raspberries (mine weighed 170g) ♥ 2 tbsp chia seeds
Mash berries in a bowl and add chia seeds.
Let rest for at least an hour in the fridge then serve on top of soy yogurt, lchf bread or get creative!
