Healthy (and dairy-free!) Nutella

img_2738You’ll need (makes about 18 tbsp):
♥ 115g nuts (I use hazelnuts and cashews) ♥ 2 tsp vanilla extract ♥ 1 tsp liquid no-calorie sweetener ♥ optional: 1 tsp cinnamon ♥ 60g unsweetened cocoa powder ♥ water (up to 1 cup = 110ml)

How to do it..
Soak nuts in water for at least an hour (4-6 hours, or more, is ideal).
Remove the soaked nuts and add to vitamix or food processor along with vanilla extract, sweetener and cinnamon. Keep blending, scrape down the sides, blend. Repeat. Repeat until you’ve got a smooth nut butter (this will take a while).
When you’re satisfied, add cocoa powder and then water little by little until you’ve got the right consistency.IMG_1750// Oopsie (LCHF bread) with the nutella + some melon //
