Ingredients (8 delicious pieces):
♥ 65g chocolate protein powder (or almond flour) ♥ 20g cocoa powder ♥ 25g coconut flour (the fiberrich) ♥ 1 tsp baking powder ♥ 100g light coconut milk ♥ 250g unsweetened apple sauce ♥ optional: 1 tsp SØD no-calorie sweetener ♥ a piece of dark chocolate (10g)
Mix all dry ingredients then add apple sauce and coconut milk. Save the chocolate for later.
Bake in a prehated oven at 165 degrees celcius until a fork inserted in the middle comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
While the cake is still hot, melt the chocolate by letting it slide around on top of the cake.
I find that the cake is best when cooled, so I keep mine in the fridge. I have tried freezing it aswell which seemed to work fine, xxoo
