You’ll need: (for 6 sticks)
♥ 150g blueberries ♥ 150g soy yogurt ♥ 2 tbsp sojaprotein (or any protein powder, I bet chocolate would be good aswell) ♥ furthermore: 6 wooden sticks
Whisk together the yogurt and protein powder.
Slide blueberries on wooden sticks and cover them with the yogurt mixture.
Put in the freezer 10-15 minutes – that’ll be enough for the yogurt to harden while the blueberries remain soft.
