♥ 1 (vegan!) salmon filet (can be bought at Astrid og Aberne) ♥ 100g mixed berries, frozen ♥ 16 almonds, choppedPlace the salmon in a oven-safe dish and topped with the frozen berries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.
Top with almonds and enjoy!
